Please note that we only service our own shock absorbers.
- Download and complete the form opposite. This is a PDF form that you can fill in on your computer.

Please clean your shock absorber before sending.
Any shock absorber received which has not been cleaned will incur an additional cleaning charge.

Protect your shock absorber properly.
Do not include your adjustment key in the parcel.

Wrap everything in cardboard, and don't forget the after-sales service form, and send it to the following address :
